Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 2 years’ experience as a Telecommunicator preferred.
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Monitor and coordinate police and public safety unit activity.
• Create and maintain automated logs for police and public safety personnel.
