Job summary

Swipe Out Hunger in Los Angeles is seeking a driven National Programs Coordinator to support the growth of its university presence. The role reports to the Director of Programs and collaborates with the CEO to set up meal donation programs and foster partnerships on campuses.

The ideal candidate will manage campus trainings, drive organizational growth through partnerships and conferences, and handle various administrative duties as the team scales its impact against student hunger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience managing timeline based projects.
• Outstanding relationship skills– you naturally build relationships with people.
• Strong communication skills– you know the importance of a well-crafted email.
• Experience in sales.
• Organized, detail and solution oriented.

• Background in community organizing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Campus Training: Working with the Director of Programs in all phases of program growth, including orientation calls, coaching, resources, troubleshooting and tracking impact.
• Organizational Growth: Develop strategic growth pipelines, participate in conferences, regional travel, and build partnerships with statewide systems and corporate partners.
• Additional Duties: Support mission, admin and operations such as database and inventory management and conference planning.
