Job summary

D.A. Blodgett is seeking a Campus Wide Supervisor to lead Youth Development staff in Residential/ILP programs. The role focuses on safety planning, de-escalation, and strong teamwork to implement treatment plans and behavior interventions. You will oversee documentation, staff coaching, and crisis management.

The position requires substantial collaboration with division leaders and adherence to contract and licensing requirements, with evening/weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with youth.

Responsibilities

• De-escalation and crisis management across campus.
• Provide program leadership with staff and crisis response as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately per policy and procedures.
• Coach and train staff on trauma-responsive and strength-based interventions.
• Oversee adherence to safety plans and regulatory standards.
