You will build therapeutic relationships, supervise daily living, plan activities, respond to behaviors, and mentor youth while collaborating with treatment teams to promote safety, growth, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Develop nurturing relationships with youth and maintain clear roles and boundaries
• Ensure supervision, health, and safety of youth
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and follow treatment programs
• Provide written records and communication as required by the program
• Plan and conduct therapeutic activities and recreational programs for youth
• Dispense medications according to established schedules and procedures
