Job summary

BrightPath LLC seeks a Program Coordinator to lead on-site care in residential homes for adolescent females with challenging behaviors. You will ensure safety, follow care plans, train staff, manage medications, and support daily operations in a trauma-informed setting.

The role emphasizes leadership on shift, coordination with the team, and maintaining program compliance across 245D licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a vulnerable population in healthcare or oversight.
• Leadership training in disability or behavioral services.
• Minimum 50 hours of education/training related to human services and disabilities (education can be substituted with equivalent experience).
• Ability to pass a DHS background study and maintain qualified status.
• Current valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care based on each individual's Support Plan and Support Plan Addendum - ADLs, personal cares, medical needs, mental health supports, and program implementation.
