Job summary

This role reports to the Residential/ILP Program Coordinator and coordinates with staff to maintain a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in childcare or a related setting.
• Understanding of youth strengths, needs, challenges, and resilience.
• Experience partnering with school, court, behavioral health, and child welfare agencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with quick decision making.
• Flexible schedule to meet program needs; proficiency with MS Office and electronic case management systems.

Responsibilities

• De-escalation and crisis management across campus.
• Serve as primary decision maker on campus for immediate needs.
• Ensure all documentation and paperwork comply with policy and licensing.
• Support and model Sanctuary commitments and trauma-informed interventions.
• Ensure medications are distributed per agency policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and foster teamwork.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to implement plans and interventions.
