Job summary

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is seeking an Academic Program Assistant to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for its academic program.

This campus-based role requires regular on-site presence five days a week with occasional weekend work when needed. You will assist with faculty credentials, course materials, student rosters, interviews, orientations, and campus events, while serving as a primary contact for faculty, staff, students, and visitors,

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an administrative assistant.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for the assigned academic program.
• Coordinate events, including commencements and guest speaker engagements.
• Manage faculty credentials, course materials, student rosters, assessments, and contact lists.
• Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain files.
• Serve as campus contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, visitors, or outside agents.
