Job summary

Alpha is hiring across multiple campuses to place Program Directors who coach Guides, develop life-skills workshops, and drive student growth. This role centers on coaching excellence, high standards, and a culture built for builders.

You’ll use performance data to identify coaching opportunities, lead weekly sessions, and nurture a cohort of students aged 5-14, empowering them with resilience, leadership, and lifelong habits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a team of five+ adults and make performance-based decisions.
• Experience supervising student growth and using data to drive improvement.
• Willingness to work on campus at multiple TX/OK locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence.
