Qualifications

• Two years of experience in preventive maintenance, general maintenance, or a related field.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems on campus.
• Maintain equipment records for scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Assist in repairing kitchen equipment and elevators.
• Maintain university fire extinguishers and service logs.
• Coordinate with other trades and staff to complete tasks.
