Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Respond to hot and cold calls and ensure occupant comfort.
• Monitor energy management systems to optimize energy use.
• Accompany HVAC service contractors on site and supervise work.
• Keep HVAC equipment logs, maintenance schedules, and diagrams current.
• Assist in acceptance and turnover of new equipment.
