Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with no more than 3 points.
• Minimum 1 year of experience or equivalent.
• On-call 24/7 availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, ventilation, cooling, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist HVAC Technician II with installing small motors and controls.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment in service vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a responsible manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
