Universal Technical Institute, Inc. seeks a Campus President to direct overall leadership and strategic direction across 8 direct and 50+ indirect reports, spanning Education, Student Services, Employment Services, Financial Aid, Finance and Facilities.

The role requires driving results and navigating a complex matrix organization while partnering with Home Office leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in strategic planning, leadership development, and budget delivery, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, education, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years professional management experience required.
• GM-level or higher leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading organizations of $10M+ and 50+ people preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct campus initiatives to achieve company goals.
• Lead staff management, training, development, and performance of campus management and staff.
• Deliver annual budget objectives within enrollment and cost constraints.
• Interface with Admissions and marketing to maximize enrollments and starts.
• Maintain regulatory, state licensure, and accreditation approvals.
• Implement, evaluate, and communicate campus policies and procedures.
• Build a high-performance team through training, performance management, and development.
• Recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
