Elior-Collegiate-Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a motivated kitchen team at Southern Oregon University. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality meals and supporting daily culinary operations.

The role emphasizes scratch cooking, quality control, portioning and safe food handling. Must have at least one year of relevant experience and customer service skills. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with full-time onsite benefits.

Competenze

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience required.
