Job summary

EMCOR Services Fluidics seeks a skilled maintenance technician to operate and maintain building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at the Wayne, PA site. The role involves responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and overseeing routine tasks to ensure reliable operation.

Requirements include five years’ experience in central plant equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Mechanical Trades or Trade School certification in HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics or Plumbing.
• Minimum five years of experience operating central plant equipment and related systems.
• Experience repairing building electrical, plumbing and HVAC auxiliary systems.
• Ability to secure hydronic and electrical systems safely for maintenance.
• Braze/solder copper pipe and thread black pipe.

Responsibilities

• Operate, replace, repair, and maintain building mechanical, electrical, control systems, and plumbing.
• Receive service calls and respond to emergencies to resolve issues.
• Oversee basic preventive maintenance and inspect systems.
• Perform minor carpentry tasks and install/repair fixtures as needed.
• Inspect and document conditions, write reports to Supervisors.
