Job summary

EMCOR Services Fluidics seeks a skilled Facilities Technician to operate and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems across a multi-building campus. You will learn and apply Sequences of Operation, respond to service calls, and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.

Experience in central plant operation, safety training, and the ability to lift heavy equipment are required. Valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Equipment operation, repair, and maintenance of central plant equipment and building mechanical systems.
• Safe off and repair pipe leaks, sweat/braze copper pipe, thread black pipe.
• Troubleshoot equipment not functioning properly and report to PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain plumbing/HVAC systems on campus.
• Develop knowledge of Sequences of Operation for systems.
• Respond to service calls and address emergencies.
