Job summary

Fort Bend ISD in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Specialist Campus PEIMS & Enrollment to manage PEIMS reporting, attendance data, and enrollment processes across campuses. You will work with campus staff to assure data accuracy and timely submissions, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting district audits.

The role requires strong knowledge of PEIMS data standards, SIS systems, and data quality controls, with a focus on collaboration, training, and ongoing professional development for campus

Qualifications

• Must have strong PEIMS data standards knowledge.
• Experience with attendance and enrollment data.
• Familiarity with Skyward (SIS) preferred.
• Excellent data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• PEIMS & Attendance Data Verification: ensure attendance data and PEIMS reportable data meet board, district, state, and federal requirements.
• Staff & Parental Communication/Customer Service: communicate with parents/guardians regarding enrollment, attendance, truancy, and course credits.
• Enrollment, Attendance & Truancy: assist campuses with data storage, enrollment verification, and attendance coding; support audits.
• Training and Professional Development: participate in regular PEIMS/Enrollment/Attendance training and district meetings.
• District & Campus Support: lead meetings and training; assist with PEIMS, Enrollment and Attendance across campuses; respond to community inquiries.
