Job summary
The University of Tennessee System is seeking a Shared Services Coordinator to support our financial operations by accurately entering approved invoices and related payment documents in the ERP system. The role handles wire payments, ACH returns, procurement-card reconciliations, travel and expense reports, and accounts payable inbox management.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in accounting or related field, experience with ERP systems, and a commitment to accurate data entry,
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using an ERP system or financial-management platform; able to enter and review data accurately.
- Experience providing professional customer service and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoice, payee, and accounting data accurately in the ERP system.
- Review documentation for approvals and payment procedures before entry.
- Assist with routine accounts payable processing and related tasks.
- Support travel and expense reporting and expense-related inquiries.
- Monitor accounts payable inbox and route requests to the appropriate staff.
