Utah Tech University is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day campus operations. Responsibilities include customer care, safety compliance, staff scheduling, product orders, and receiving.
This role collaborates with the Director to shape a vision for campus retail services. The candidate will hire and train part-time staff, manage schedules, ensure food safety and financial policy compliance, and coordinate vendor relationships and POS systems.
Under the direction of the Director of Retail Operations, thisposition is responsible for assisting with the successfulday-to-day operations of assigned retail operations on Utah TechUniversity’s campus. Primary responsibilities include customercare, oversight of health and safety compliance, staff scheduling, product orders, and receiving. This position works closely with thedirector to develop a vision and implement strategies to meet theretail needs of campus.
