The University of New Mexico Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) seeks a Supervisor, Parking Services to lead the day-to-day operations of the PATS Enforcement team on the UNM campus.

You will supervise staff, set schedules, hire and train employees, manage projects, and ensure consistent application of parking regulations while delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, lead, and support PATS Enforcement employees in daily field operations.
• Create and oversee daily and weekly work schedules, assignments, and enforcement zones.
• Hire, train, mentor, and support the professional development of enforcement staff.
• Coordinate and oversee enforcement activities associated with special events and campus activities.
• Provide performance management, coaching, feedback, and annual performance evaluations.
• Promote consistent application of UNM policies, procedures, and parking regulations.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and interpreting departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Manage assigned projects and provide timely follow-through on operational priorities.
• Serve as a resource for employees and assist with resolving customer and operational concerns.
