Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Parking Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the parking office. You will manage staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and reconcile parking revenues for daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

You will coordinate permit sales, event parking, and inventory with campus partners, and prepare reports for leadership. This role supports budget development and serves as acting director when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Parking and Mobility Services.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in Parking and Mobility Services.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and insurable by university carrier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parking office operations: supply and permit ordering, inventory, citations, and customer complaints.
• Supervise three FTE and up to five PT staff; provide guidance and handle timecards.
• Coordinate event parking, plans, diagrams, permits, and inventory with campus partners.
• Record daily parking revenues in Banner/FLEX/One Step; manage payroll deductions and billing to student accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and budget forecasting.
• Develop and review division policies and participate in community outreach.
