Job summary

Montana State University Parking Services seeks a Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol campus parking lots, deter violations, and assist motorists. Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service experience and ability to explain rules to the public.
• Valid driver's license and driving record, MT requirements to operate state/university vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus parking areas by foot and vehicle; issue citations, warnings, and assist in towing/booting.
• Provide motorist assistance and campus information at the front counter.
• Operate parking management software and sell vehicle parking permits.
• Support shuttle operations and manage parking for events as needed.
