Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year cash handling, computer operations, and customer service experience.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Enforces parking regulations in an assigned area and issues citations.
• Assists Campus Police Officers as requested in enforcement activities.
• Responds to complaints and questions from staff, faculty, students, and the general public.
• Provides information to visitors and staff concerning parking rules and safety practices.
• Performs parking/traffic control and event activities as assigned.
