Job summary

Livingstone College is seeking a Campus Public Safety Enforcement Officer to patrol the campus and surrounding areas, enforcing parking and student conduct violations. The role includes responding to emergencies, investigating complaints, and documenting activities with detailed reports.

The officer will also educate the campus community on safety policies, issue citations as required, and assist in legal proceedings or administrative hearings when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus and off-campus grounds to enforce campus rules and parking violations.
• Inspect areas for safety and signage compliance (no parking, no loitering, etc).
• Respond to complaints and incidents; document findings with narratives and photos.
• Issue warnings, citations, or other enforcement actions as needed.
• Prepare case files, evidence, and testify during hearings if required.
