Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify parking violations and issue citations.
• Install wheel locks and provide motorist assistance.
• Monitor parking lots daily for maintenance issues.
• Assist customers with basic account information.
• Provide front office support and answer phones.
• Use handheld devices to enter and retrieve registration data.
• Ensure accuracy of citation data in the mobile system.
• Assist with events and campus gate operations.
• Work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
