Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years in admissions, orientation, or student support services in higher education.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced responsibilities and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Dean of Students to plan and evaluate a transition experience for entering students each trimester.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person orientation programs for academic, social, and campus life.
• Align transition programming with institutional goals and student success initiatives.
• Lead transition communications, schedules, and programming for new students and families.
• Oversee logistics, timelines, staffing, and resources for orientation and transition programs.
• Assess program effectiveness using feedback and outcomes; share findings with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with university policies for student programming and onboarding.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment promoting engagement and retention.
• Work with Student Life Staff to develop activities that support belonging.
