Job summary

Roxbury Community College is seeking a Reggie Lewis Operations Assistant to support daily facility operations, event support, customer service, and safety procedures at the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center. This Level II position provides hands-on experience in space preparation, documentation, and coordination for a large public athletic and community facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations staff with facility walkthroughs and safety checks.
• Support setup, breakdown, and reset of spaces for programs and events.
• Maintain organized storage and return equipment to designated locations.
• Support opening, transition, and closing procedures under supervision.
• Monitor areas and report concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with campus teams to coordinate events and staffing.
