Job summary

Laurel Ridge Community College on the Fauquier Campus is seeking an Operations Site Coordinator to manage the daily operations and the registration function for Workforce Solutions. You will schedule rooms for Workforce classes and act as the primary contact for students seeking information about programs at the campus.

The role requires strong customer service, cross-department collaboration, and clear communication, with a weekly telework option.

Qualifications

• Proven subject matter knowledge, which may be evidenced by training, experience, and/or credentials.
• Demonstrated front-facing customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated process management skills/experience.
• Evidence of clear communication while working with the public in writing (emails), on the phone or in person.
• Able to work with all departments across the college including Advising, AVPs, B&G, students and parents.

Responsibilities

• The Workforce Operations Site Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations and registration (OR) function at the Fauquier Campus Workforce Solutions office.
• They will collaborate with college staff to schedule rooms for Workforce classes and serve as the first point of contact for students.
• Coordinate with other departments on campus and work closely with the Middletown Operations Supervisor.
• Support telework procedures and flexible scheduling as outlined by organizational policy.
