Job summary

Laurel Ridge Community College seeks a Workforce Operations Site Coordinator at its Fauquier Campus to manage day-to-day operations and the OR function. You will coordinate with college staff to schedule rooms for Workforce classes and serve as the primary contact for students seeking information about Workforce Solutions programs.

The role reports to the Middletown Operations Supervisor, offers a Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm schedule with one telework day per week, and a salary range of

Qualifications

• Proven subject matter knowledge, evidenced by training, experience, and/or credentials.
• Demonstrated front-facing customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated process management skills/experience.
• Evidence of clear communication while working with the public in writing (emails), on the phone or in person.
• Able to work with all departments across the college including Advising, AVPs, B&G, students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and registration function at the Fauquier Campus Workforce Solutions office.
• Collaborate with college staff to schedule rooms for Workforce classes.
• Serve as the main contact with other departments on campus and with the public for Workforce Solutions programs.
