Job Description
The Workforce Operations Site Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations and registration (OR) function at the Fauquier Campus Workforce Solutions office. In addition to managing the OR function, they will collaborate with college staff to schedule rooms for Workforce classes. This position is the primary and first point of contact for potential and existing students seeking information about Workforce Solutions classes/programs at the Fauquier Campus requiring the candidate to develop a strong working knowledge of the programs. The coordinator will also serve as the main contact with other departments on campus and will work closely with the Middletown Operations Supervisor.

Monday through Thursday: 8am-5pm and Fridays 4 hour rotating schedule (either 8am-noon or noon-4pm). This position offers 1 day per week of telework, according to organizational procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
