Job summary

Houston Community College is seeking a Campus Manager to assist the Senior Campus Manager in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for administrators, faculty, staff, students, and visitors at HCCS. The role includes coordinating campus activities, supporting maintenance, and overseeing safety, security, and student services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year experience required.
• Demonstrated computer skills, i.e. MS Office Programs; service orientation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate; supervise directly or through appropriate personnel all campus activities.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the coordination of maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain a positive learning environment for administrators, faculty, staff and students.
• Serve as safety officer for sites, coordinating training through the Director of Safety.
• Coordinate security issues with on-site security personnel.
• Maximize classroom utilization with instructional staff.
• Assist with and coordinate student services activities on the campus through the Dean of Student Success.
