Job summary

Austin Community College (ACC) is seeking a Campus Manager to act as a liaison within the local community and lead the operations of an assigned campus. The role involves supervising Campus Operations staff, coordinating campus activities, and ensuring adherence to ACC policies.

You will collaborate with the Regional Director and other departments to promote student success, manage campus events, and ensure safe, efficient campus operations. Some travel to other ACC campuses is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads special campus projects, planning groups and monitors projects until completion.
• Provides direct supervision for assigned Campus Operations staff.
• Supervises, trains, coaches, directs, coordinates, and disciplines personnel while adhering to policies and laws.
• Communicates with faculty, staff, students, and others regarding policies and processes.
• Collaborates with Regional Director, Campus Operations to engage with advisory groups and community partners.
• Coordinates campus-wide room scheduling for classes and community use.
• Organizes services provided by Facilities and Operations and manages campus events.
