Job summary

Austin Community College (ACC) seeks a Campus Manager to lead and supervise campus operations, acting as a liaison with the local community and coordinating facilities, scheduling, and safety programs. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and adherence to ACC policies.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Campus Operations, you will manage staff, collaborate with school districts and community partners, and ensure high standards of service and emergency response readiness.

Qualifications

• Three years related work experience including one year supervisory experience.
• Completion of the ACC Supervisor Certificate Series Program will satisfy the supervisory experience required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Leads special campus projects, planning groups and monitors projects until completion, as needed.
• Provides direct supervision for assigned Campus Operations staff.
• Regularly communicates with faculty, staff, students, and others regarding college policies and processes.
• Coordinates campuswide room scheduling for classes and community use.
• Develops and monitors campus budget, approves expenditures and prepares reports.
• Serves as person in charge of campus emergencies.
