You will own campus performance, build employer relationships, manage staff and budgets, and ensure an outstanding student experience. You’ll work with instructors and our platform to scale operations and deliver measurable results for the community.

Responsibilities

• Own campus performance from launch onward and drive corrective action.
• Collaborate with instructors to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build relationships with local employers and coordinate opportunities.
• Monitor attendance, student progress and operating issues; resolve issues quickly.
• Lead with initiative, planning, staffing, scheduling, purchasing and budgets.
