You will partner with instructors, manage staffing and purchasing, nurture employer relationships, monitor attendance and progress, and drive scalable, AI‑enabled operations.

Responsibilities

• Own campus performance from launch onward: set clear goals, track results, identify gaps and drive corrective action.
• Work closely with instructors to build a culture of excellence, accountability and pride in the work.
• Build relationships with local employers, understand their needs and coordinate opportunities without overpromising.
• Monitor attendance, student progress and operating issues; solve problems early and elevate when needed.
• Take responsibility for the result; identify problems, develop options, bring in the right people and drive to resolution.
