You are the program coach and culture-builder, not a strategist; you partner with FounderOS, EIRs, and mentors to motivate, hold high standards, and keep students moving daily.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in leadership or high-impact roles inside startups or growing businesses.
• Ability to guide teens and engage early-stage founders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin and relocate if needed.
• Ability to leverage AI in daily work.

• On-site daily coaching with a core group of students.
• Lead weekly 1:1 coaching and daily check-ins.
• Organize mentor introductions and resources.
