Alpha School is seeking a Campus Program Coordinator for our Austin campus. This full-time, on-site role focuses on keeping operations smooth, safeguarding time for focused learning, and delivering reliable front-of-house support.

You will manage the daily schedule, handle basic IT needs, and ensure a safe, orderly campus. This role emphasizes clear communication with students, families, and staff and supports campus milestones and events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 2+ years running multi-part operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-service environment.
• Calm under pressure; proactive problem-solver who can juggle priorities without losing accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
• Clear, respectful written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; available to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Keep the daily schedule precise so the 2-Hour Learning blocks start on time, stay quiet, and finish strong.
• Handle first-line tech needs (device setup, basic troubleshooting) and coordinate escalations with IT.
• Maintain a safe, orderly campus: drills, incident tracking, vendor oversight, and facilities readiness.
• Communicate clearly with students, families, and staff; closing loops fast and documenting decisions.
• Support campus milestones—events, onboarding, supply and space management—so the site always feels prepared.
