Trustees of Mount Holyoke College is seeking a Lyons Lift Driver (part-time, on campus) to assist students and staff with mobility needs. Shifts start at 7:45am and run through early afternoons, with curb-to-curb service and ADA awareness as core duties.

Qualifications

• Fleet-certified driver or able to become certified.
• Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
• Satisfactory background check and drug/alcohol screen may be required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe transportation of individuals on route.
• Assist individuals entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Provide curb-to-curb service in a professional, safe, and courteous manner.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Maintain punctuality for rides on shift.
• Manage scheduling with passengers during shifts.
• Report and record incidents to Public Safety Dispatch and document for the Lyons Lift Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
