InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to plant and grow witnessing communities on college campuses in Wisconsin. You will develop student and faculty leaders, model biblical vision, and coordinate partnerships with churches and volunteers.

The role emphasizes spiritual formation, campus leadership development, and financial partnership development to fund ministry in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and conduct policies.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; associate for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills.
• Familiar with word processing, presentation, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer and worship in community.
• Develop self-leadership and resilience while modeling Christ-like character.
• Lead campus leadership and disciple students and faculty in line with InterVarsity values.
• Set annual goals with teams and pursue measurable growth, including conversions.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers, building partnerships and ministry plans.
