Qualifications

• Affirm InterVarsity’s doctrinal basis, conduct policies and values.
• Bachelor’s degree for 4-year campus; Associate degree for 2-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with basic office software (word processing, email, spreadsheets) required.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching and discipleship experiences.
• Set annual goals with teams for growth and conversions.
• Build leadership teams and develop plans to achieve yearly goals.
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage networks and start missional communities.
