Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to serve in Kansas, focusing on Graduate & Faculty Ministry. This full-time role requires leadership to cultivate witnessing communities on college campuses, drawing students and faculty into gospel-centered growth.

Responsibilities include spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, and partnership development, with a focus on vision casting, program design, team building, fundraising, and cross-cultural

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ through Scripture, prayer, and worship with individuals and in community.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences for growth and alignment with the vision.
• Create, align, and leverage ministry plans and teams to reach annual goals.
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage networks and start new witnessing communities on campuses.
• Develop partnerships with churches and donors to resource the ministry financially and through volunteers.
