InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister for the DC/MD area (Graduate & Faculty Ministries). The role is based in Washington, DC and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Salary will be pro-rated for part-time hours, and the position emphasizes spiritual growth, campus leadership, and strategic collaboration. The minister will lead witnessing communities, develop and align ministry plans, and collaborate with national staff to raise funds and engage

Qualifications

• Requires degrees as specified for campus levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with common office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and maturity in Christ through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity in a campus ministry context.
• Lead and support campus witnessing communities through training and discipleship.
• Collaborate with staff/volunteers to build healthy ministry structures.
• Raise and steward partnerships to fund and sustain ministry efforts.
