Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a full-time staff member to lead campus ministry initiatives, provide pastoral care, and coordinate leadership development across campuses. The role emphasizes evangelism, spiritual formation, and collaboration with faculty and student leaders.

The position requires a degree, a call to ministry, and fundraising responsibilities; a portion of the salary is funded through donor support, with compensation varying by location and cost of living.

Qualifications

• Affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and abide by its Code of Conduct.
• Exploring calling to InterVarsity and its mission.
• Prior InterVarsity campus ministry experience preferred (including as a student).
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Ability to contribute to open, supportive relationships within the ministry team.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching spiritual and biblical principles and planning programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and support for student and leadership teams.
• Recruit students and faculty and lead conferences and projects.
