InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister on a full-time basis to lead ministry on the University of Maryland campus. The role focuses on forming witnessing communities, training student and faculty leaders, and partnering with churches and donors to sustain ministry.

The Minister will cast vision, supervise interns as needed, and collaborate with national staff to cultivate vibrant campus ministry that reflects biblical standards and intercultural engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for a two-year campus or a community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
