Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for Campus Staff Ministers (CSMs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to minister to diverse communities and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus staff teams to develop witnessing communities and campuses-wide influence.
• Set annual goals and plan with teams to achieve growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with national and local InterVarsity staff to ensure alignment with ministry priorities.
