Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Washington D.C. seeks a Campus Staff Minister to lead campus witnessing communities and to grow spiritual maturity among students and faculty.

You will develop ministry plans, build leadership teams, and collaborate with national staff to advance InterVarsity’s mission on multiple campuses. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or Associate where applicable) and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for four-year campus.
• Minimum Associate’s degree for two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email).

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and lead others in Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Grow campus witnessing communities and influence across campuses.
• Build leadership teams and coordinate ministry plans and goals.
• Develop partnerships with churches and alumni to fund the ministry.
• Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and participate in conferences.
