Job summary

Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join the Physical Resources team in Atlanta. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and painting repairs across university facilities to keep buildings ready for students, staff, faculty, and guests.

Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs, coordinating with teams, documenting issues, and meeting schedules. You will assist with event setup, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies while following SCAD

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of experience required.
• Forklift license and ability to pass DOT medical exam.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building walkthroughs and coordinate repairs.
• Complete work orders and document issues in the system.
• Meet schedules and timelines; provide clear communication.
