Job summary

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Maintenance Worker at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. The role covers general building maintenance, minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, HVAC, and grounds, plus preventative maintenance and response to emergencies.

You may assist with construction/remodel projects as needed and within your ability. Excellent benefits are offered along with a stable work schedule on campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, HVAC, grounds).
• Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment and respond to maintenance requests.
• Assist with construction and remodeling projects as needed.
