Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• One year lead experience in hospitals/schools/large facilities is preferred.
• Experience with 120/277V electrical maintenance and repair; plumbing and carpentry maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate a team to install, modify, and repair systems.
• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting with meters and detectors.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems in public areas, labs, and kitchens.
• Maintain doors, flooring, ceilings, and drywall; manage minor carpentry tasks.
• Utilize electronic work order system (TMS) to track requests and document work.
