Qualifications

• Experience with software/automation supporting processing/handling operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise full-time staff and student workers, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee mail and package operations across campus, ensuring timely, accurate service.
• Monitor and maintain the intelligent package locker system and related hardware/software.
• Develop surge staffing plans and present to leadership when additional funding or hours are needed.
• Ensure compliance with USPS rules, billing, and spend controls; manage vendor/service agreements.
