Qualifications

• Support daily corporate mailroom, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations.
• Track, scan, log, and document inbound/outbound packages and mail.
• Prepare outbound courier, trucking, and USPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Campus pickups and deliveries with strong customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, distribute, scan, and deliver mail and packages across a corporate campus.
• Prepare outbound shipments and complete shipping documentation.
• Log and verify incoming/outgoing items including certified and insured shipments.
